These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which af777 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

Nothing in this clause limits af777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the enforcement of intellectual property rights or the prevention of fraudulent conduct.

• These Terms and the relationship between af777 and each player are governed exclusively by the terms stated herein and the applicable gaming licence conditions.
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

If you have a complaint, dispute, or query relating to these Terms or your af777 account, you should first contact our support team via live chat on the Platform. Our team aims to resolve all queries within 24 hours of receipt.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support channel, you may escalate it to our dedicated disputes team by emailing us at the address below. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
